Why a sign-in key?
We don’t ask for an email address, phone number or password when you create an account. You sign in with the key you’re given instead.
Our account database stores a protected record for checking your key, not the key itself. Anyone with your key can access your account, so keep it private and save it somewhere safe.
If you lose your key or someone else gets it
We can’t recover a lost sign-in key or restore account access through support.
If you think someone else has your key, replace it in Settings using your current key. Save the new key before activating it.
Report a security issue
If you find a security issue, email security@laklak.io. Tell us what happened and how to reproduce it. Do not send sign-in keys, session cookies or other people’s private information.
