Using laklak

laklak lets you read and share public comments about webpages. By using laklak, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in key private. Anyone who has it can sign in to your account. We can’t recover a lost key or restore access by email.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in what you post. You give laklak permission to store, copy and display it through the service. That permission also applies to comments that remain after you delete your account.

You’re responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.

Ground rules

Do not harass or threaten people, promote hate, post spam or share illegal content. Do not expose someone’s private information or impersonate someone else.

Do not disrupt laklak or bypass its limits. Do not use scraping or automated tools to overload or abuse the service.

Moderation

You can report comments. To enforce these terms, protect people or meet legal requirements, we may hide or remove content, restrict actions, or suspend or close accounts.

If you think we made a mistake with a moderation decision, email support@laklak.io and ask us to review it.

Leaving laklak

You can stop using laklak at any time and delete your account in Settings on laklak.io. Your comments remain under “deleted user”, so delete unwanted comments before deleting your account. The Privacy Notice explains what happens to your data.

Availability and changes

We can’t guarantee that laklak will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Comments reflect their authors’ views, not laklak’s.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms do not take away any rights you have under applicable law.
